Roxie Smith looked back on her Miss Universe Philippines 2026 journey with gratitude after wrapping up her pageant stint as Baguio City’s representative.
On Instagram, the Sparkle star shared an emotional message for the people who supported her throughout the competition, calling her MUPH experience “a beautiful chapter.”
“It truly takes a village to build a dream like this, and I am endlessly grateful for every person who held my hand through all of it. Because of you, I can now look back and say that I truly lived,” Roxie said.
She thanked her supporters for believing in her even during moments of self-doubt and also expressed appreciation for her fellow Miss Universe Philippines candidates.
“To my MUPH queen sisters, meeting you was my favorite part of all of this. Thank you for the laughter and sisterhood I never expected to have. It wasn’t always easy, but we always had each other,” she said.
Roxie went on to thank the Miss Universe Philippines organization, pageant media, her glam team, designers, stylists, mentors, management teams, and loved ones who helped her throughout her journey.
“To my management [Sparkle GMA Artist Center] and [Cornerstone] thank you for allowing me to live this dream, your support has been such a light to me.”
She also gave special mention to the people of Baguio for allowing her to represent the city on the national stage.
“To the people of Baguio, thank you for the warmth and love. It was my biggest joy carrying your name across my heart!” she said.
She ended her post by thanking her family and friends for being her constant source of support throughout her journey.
“To my mom Julie, my family, friends, and partner [Karl Adolfo] thank you for being my safe space and for cheering me on no matter what,” Roxie said.
Earlier, Roxie reflected on her pageant experience by saying she chose “to feel it all, to love it all, to live it fully” throughout the competition.
