Laufey brings out BINI on second night of Manila concert

BINI made a surprise appearance at the second night of Laufey's "A Matter of Time" concert in Manila on Thursday!

As seen in a video captured by Vogue Philippines, Laufey paused her set to say, "I'd like to invite some of my friends out. Is BINI here?"

The eight members of Nation's Girl Group then stepped out to the stage wearing flowy gowns by Vania Romoff.

BINI joined Laufey in performing the jazz-pop singer's hit song "From the Start."

The two acts first met at the Billboard Women in Music 2026 in Los Angeles, where BINI accepted the Global Force Award.

According to Vogue Philippines, BINI member Maloi approached Laufey for a photo during the event.

"[Laufey] suggested that our managers contact each other," Maloi said. "I didn’t expect anything, but after a few weeks, our boss told us that we’re going to perform with her…on my birthday! So, I was like, okay, I’m gonna postpone everything, and I’m going to perform with her."

Laufey is in Manila for three sold-out shows at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

The singer's concert tour is in support of her newest album, “A Matter of Time.”

The Icelandic-Chinese singer is best known for the songs “Let You Break My Heart Again” and “Valentine.”

Meanwhile, BINI recently made history by becoming the first Filipino and P-pop girl group to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
