Kylie Padilla, Miguel Tanfelix talk friendship-driven tandem in 'Taskforce Firewall'

Kylie Padilla and Miguel Tanfelix are enjoying their partnership in “Taskforce Firewall,” saying their tandem offers viewers something different from the usual romantic pairing.

On Friday’s “Unang Hirit,” the Kapuso stars opened up about working together for the first time and the chemistry they have built on set.

Miguel described their dynamic as light and teamwork-driven, admitting that their collaboration initially came as a surprise to him.

“Sinabi ko sa kanya ‘yun na never ko in-expect na magkakaroon tayo ng show together. And finally, it's here,” he said.

The actor also praised Kylie as a co-star, saying he is grateful to work with her.

For Kylie, their pairing stands out because it is rooted in friendship and partnership rather than romance.

“I like it kasi buddy cop kami dito, good cop, bad cop. So, ‘yung team-up namin, mas interesting siya para sa akin kasi it's not romantic. It's a friendship and a partnership in a different way. I think it's interesting,” she said.
