Sam Verzosa clarifies he is just friends with Kyline Alcantara, Faith Da Silva
Sam Verzosa clarified that he is just friends with actresses Kyline Alcantara and Faith Da Silva amid rumors linking him to them romantically.
On "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" on Monday, Sam was asked if there was anything between him and Kyline, to which he answered, "Wala po, Tito Boy.”
According to Sam, they know each other and are friends, but do not go on dates.
“Manila’s so small. There are certain events. May picture lang diyan, social media, they will speculate, chismis, it’s very unfair for them,” he said. “Kaya ako, when I saw Kyline after makita ko ‘yung mga social media posts, mga fake news, sabi ko, ‘I’m sorry Ky ah.’ Sabi niya, ‘Hindi, wala ‘yun.'"
“Mabuting tao si Kyline and it’s very unfair for her. Kung sino man ang dine-date niya, it’s very unfair. So sabi ko, I’m really sorry," he added.
Sam also clarified that he and Faith are just friends.
"May mga lumabas din sa internet kasi nga may mga pictures nanaman. We're just friends talaga, no showbiz, hindi to showbiz, pero kaibigan lang eh. I mean, I respect her, and if anything, Tito Boy, magka-girlfriend, if I'm dating, people will know," he said.
He added that he and Faith have known each other for more than five years and had recently seen each other at an event.
"Actually may pagkamentor ang dating kasi sabi niya, 'uy Sam alam mo ba 'yung tinuro mo sa 'kin five years ago, about manifesting, every morning I did that' and now, it all happened to her. Kaya nga sabi ko, 'I'm so proud of you,'" he shared.
Sam was previously in a relationship with Rhian Ramos. It was in March when Rhian confirmed their breakup on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” saying they had been separated since October 2025. She also said that Wil Dasovich had nothing to do with the breakup.
Rhian and Sam confirmed their relationship at the GMA Gala 2022. Last August, they celebrated their fourth anniversary.
In December 2025, eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the two had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
