Kylie Padilla finds 'Taskforce Firewall' role relatable amid on-screen marital woes

Last Friday's episode of "Taskforce Firewall" finds by Kylie Padilla (Isa) and Luis Hontiveros (Martin) trying to patch things up in their relationship.

In a “24 Oras” report by Athena Imperial on Tuesday, Kylie shared that the emotional scene only took one take as she deeply understands and relates to her role as Isa.

“I’ve been married, you know. Everybody knows that. So na-gets ko si Isa. Kasi si Isa matapang siyang babae, pero pagdating sa asawa niya parang ‘yun ‘yung weakness niya. Hindi niya kayang awayin,” the actress said.

In the upcoming episodes of “Taskforce Firewall,” one thing fans should watch out for is whether Kylie and Jak Roberto shippers will finally get their wish.

In Imperial’s report, Jak—who plays the role of Hex—discovers one of Martin's secret affair.

“May nalalaman ako. Concerned ako sa character ni Isa pero nandun ako sa point na ayoko namang masaktan siya. ‘Yun ang aabangan ng lahat kung paano mare-reveal,” Jak said.

Cheska Fausto (Leila), who plays the role of Martin’s other woman, shared that unlike Kylie, her character goes against her personal beliefs.

“Sobrang taliwas siya sa belief ko as Cheska,” Cheska said.

“When you’re acting kasi you have to let all the nuances… Lahat ng mga blocks mo in life, and your principles as you yourself talaga let it go. At ‘yun ‘yung kagandahan noon because you get to tap into that kind of perspective din nung character mo,” she added.
