Barbie Forteza celebrates birthday early with children, teens at child welfare foundation
Barbie Forteza celebrated her birthday early by spending the day with the children and teens under the care of a child welfare foundation.
On Instagram, Sparkle GMA Artist Center shared photos from the visit, where the actress was seen interacting with the beneficiaries, joining activities, and celebrating with a birthday cake.
“Celebrating another year by giving back. Barbie Forteza chose to spend her birthday early with the kids and teens of the CRIBS Foundation, proving that the best gift is sharing joy with others,” Sparkle wrote in the caption.
Founded in 1979, CRIBS Foundation is a nonprofit child welfare agency providing care and protection for abandoned, surrendered, and neglected infants through its Receiving Home Program, as well as rehabilitation and support for young female survivors of sexual abuse through its New Beginnings Program.
Barbie will celebrate her 29th birthday on July 31.
She is set to star in the upcoming film “Saving Cherry” with Khalil Ramos and in the series “Honor Thy Mother” with Sharon Cuneta.
She said previously that working with Sharon is a “dream come true” because the veteran actress was one of her inspirations when she entered show business.
