Twenty-three PBA rookies are now unrestricted free agents (FA) after receiving no tender offers from the team that picked them in the March 14 draft.
The league released the list of the rookie FAs on Thursday.

Semi-pro player Dhon Reverente, along with Michael Javelosa, Immanuel Custodio, and Terrence Tumalip were also released by Terrafirma.
NLEX did not sign draftees Antonio Bonsubre, Jose Presbitero, Joseph Alcantara, and Alberto Torres, while Meralco's John Yasa and Luis Brill also did not receive offers.
Joel Lee Yu and Martin Gozum of TNT, as well as Jeson Delfinado and Kim Bayquin of Blackwater, were not given deals by the respective clubs.
