Jamesray Ajido, Riannah Coleman lead PH in Youth Olympic Games opening ceremony

Young swimming standouts Jamesray Mishael Ajido and Riannah Chantelle Coleman led the Philippine delegation during the opening ceremony of the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar, Senegal, on Sunday (Philippine time).

Nine athletes are representing the Philippines in the Games. Aside from Ajido and Coleman, the delegation includes Hillarrion Palles III and Tchelzy Mei Maayo in gymnastics, Maritanya Krog in cycling, Pi Durden Wangkay and Naomi Cesar in athletics, Angel Polo in wushu, and Jade Justiniane in windsurfing.

The Youth Olympic Games will run until November 13.
