Number coding scheme in Metro Manila lifted except in Makati
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Friday lifted the number coding scheme for vehicles in Metro Manila.
The scheme, however, is not lifted in Makati City.

— Official MMDA (@MMDA) October 1, 2015Under the number coding system, vehicles cannot pass major roads in Metro Manila from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., depending on the last digit of their license plates.
Covered by the number coding scheme on Monday are vehicles with plate numbers ending in 1 and 2; 3 and 4 on Tuesdays; 5 and 6 on Wednesdays; 7 and 8 on Thursdays; and 9 and 0 on Fridays.
