Actor Kenzo Gutierrez undergoes inquest, accused of bribing cops with P2,000

Actor and former reality show contestant Karlos Lorenzo "Kenzo" Gutierrez has undergone inquest proceedings after figuring in a supposed brawl in Makati early Saturday morning.

Super Radyo dzBB's Luisito Santos quoted Police Major Gideon Gines as saying the actor was slapped with complaints for alarm and scandal, and resistance and disobedience to a person in authority.

Gines said a separate complaint of corruption of public official was also lodged against Gutierrez after the actor allegedly tried bribing police officers with P2,000.

A separate GMA News 24 Oras Weekend report said the actor refused to grant media interviews.

The actor has yet to post bail after his inquest proceedings.

According to the report from the Makati City Police Station (CPS), the incident took place at 1:20 a.m. at Karrivin Plaza on Pasong Tamo Extension in Barangay Magallanes. — MDM, GMA News
