Initial investigation showed that the confrontation stemmed from an alleged reckless maneuver of a passenger bus that swerved near motorcycle riders.
So, nangyari, yung motorcycle rider natin, hinampas niya yung side mirror ng bus,” Tubiera said.
(The incident happened when the bus swerved near the motorcycle. So, what happened was, our motorcycle rider hit the side mirror of the bus.)
