Mark Villar is richest senator with P1.26 B net worth; 20 others release SALN
All of the senators in the majority bloc, including some from the minority, have made their latest Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) available to the public.
Senators Bam Aquino, Pia Cayetano, JV Ejercito, Francis “Chiz” Escudero, Jinggoy Estrada, Panfilo “Ping” Lacson, Lito Lapid, Loren Legarda, Erwin Tulfo, Joel Villanueva, Mark Villar, Camille Villar, and Juan Miguel “Migz” Zubiri were the latest lawmakers in the upper chamber to publicize their SALNs, based on documents obtained by GMA Integrated News on Tuesday.
Senators Bong Go and Rodante Marcoleta, both from the minority bloc, also made available their SALN on Tuesday night.
Aside from the 13 senators who released their SALNs on Tuesday, six others have also previously publicized their SALNs: Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, and senators Risa Hontiveros, Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, Robin Padilla, Sherwin Gatchalian, and Raffy Tulfo.

Mark Villar
Mark Villar is the senator in this batch who has the highest net worth, amounting to P1.26 billion.
He has personal properties worth P912.19 million and real properties, including houses, lots, and condominiums, worth P349.14 million. He has no liabilities, based on his December 31, 2024 SALN.
Villar also has ties with Himlay Reality Inc. and Major Asset Ventures Holdings, Inc.
He also noted that nine of his relatives, including his mother Cynthia and sister Camille, were working in Congress at the time his SALN was released.
His wife Emmeline Aglipay-Villar is also currently serving as Undersecretary at the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Camille Villar
Mark's sister, Camille Villar, declared a net worth of P362.07 million as of June 30, 2025.
She has personal properties amounting to P275.05 million and real properties worth P87.01 million. Like her brother, she has no liabilities declared in her latest SALN.

Erwin Tulfo

He also has liabilities like personal loans and unpaid subscriptions amounting to P200 million.
He has three relatives also currently working in the government:

He has assets totaling P252.68 million—P144.78 million of which are personal properties like cash, jewelry, and motor vehicles, while his real properties amount to P107.90 million. He also has liabilities worth P31.47 million.
Estrada also has business interests in S-E-N-J-I Corp., and JELP Real Estate Development Corp as a stockholder.
His brother, JV Ejercito is also an incumbent senator, while his daughter Janella Maria Ejercito served as Department of Social Welfare and Development Undersecretary.
Villanueva, on the other hand, has a net worth of P49.50 million, based on his SALN as of December 31.

He listed the following relatives in government: uncle Joseph de Lara, an animal keeper II in the City Economic Enterprise; cousin Lloyd Paras, a Driver II at the City Agriculturist's Office; aunt Marietta Razon, a Revenue Collection Officer at the City Treasurer's Office; cousin Delmar Jake Hamoy, a Licensing Officer I for the Business Bureau.
Go's sister, Maria Angelica Go is mayor of San Isidro, Davao Oriental; sister-in-law Shella Marie S. Lacson also revealed that he is a stockholder in four business enterprises, namely: Megastar Agri-Farming Corporation, San Pedro Calungsod Medical Center Inc., Solarestate Marketing Corp., and Southseas Agri-Aqua Ventures Inc.
Four of Lacson’s relatives are also working in the government:
