President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s declared net worth increased to P1.457 billion based on an appraisal report attached to his Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) as of December 2025.

Based on a copy obtained from the Office of the Ombudsman, Marcos’ latest SALN—jointly filed with First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos—showed a declared net worth of P475,931,289.93, derived entirely from their assets.

The First Couple reported no liabilities.

Marcos also attached an appraisal report from Cuervo Appraisers, Inc., which placed their total appraised net worth at P1,457,031,222.53.

Appraised net worth is the estimated value of a person’s total wealth based on a professional valuation, not just what they personally declare or what’s listed on paper.

In his 2024 SALN, Marcos declared a net worth of more than P389 million, while his appraised net worth at the time stood at P1.375 billion.

Based on the 2025 Cuervo appraisal, the couple’s real properties had a total fair market value of P1.029 billion, while personal properties were valued at P427.419 million.

Their personal properties include investments worth P178.6 million, paintings valued at P84.8 million, cash holdings of P98.7 million, and jewelry worth P26.4 million.

They also declared 12 motor vehicles, including a 2023 Mercedes-Maybach S680 valued at P10.5 million and a 2023 GMC Yukon Denali XL priced at P9.5 million. —MCG, GMA News
