Senator Jinggoy Estrada would most probably surrender in case the Sandiganbayan issues an arrest warrant against him over alleged kickbacks from flood control projects, Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla said Friday.

“I think most probably surrender. Surrender yan. This is the third time, sanay na naman siya sa kung ano ang gagawin niya,” Remulla said in an ambush interview.

(I think most probably surrender. He would surrender. This is the third time, he's already used to what he's going to do.)

According to Remulla, Estrada said he would think about his decision, citing concerns over his health, particularly his need for a knee replacement surgery.
