Over 300 pupils from Limasawa Island receive school supplies from GMA Kapuso Foundation

Over 300 pupils from Limasawa Island, Southern Leyte received school supplies from GMA Kapuso Foundation for the upcoming school year.

According to a report on "24 Oras," Monday, the beneficiaries include Kinder to Grade 3 students from five elementary schools.

Aside from school materials, they also received COVID-19 kits and vitamins.

"Napakalaking tulong po ito kasi dinaanan kami ng Bagyong Odette," said Judilyn Kangleon, District in-charge of DepEd Limasawa.

("This is a huge help because Typhoon Odette passed through our community.")

"Nagpapasalamat po kami sa GMA Kapuso Foundation na sila lang ang nagbigay sa amin ng tulong para sa mga kabataan," she added.

("We thank the GMA Kapuso Foundation because they are the only ones to give us aid for the children.")

GMA Kapuso Foundation is accepting donations through bank deposits, Cebuana Lhuillier, Shopee, GCash, PayMaya, Zalora, MegaMart, Globe Rewards, Metrobank credit card, and Lazada.
