Police nab suspect in engineer’s slay in Bulacan, attempted rape seen

Authorities have arrested the suspect in the death of the 24-year-old industrial engineer earlier reported missing in Bulacan.

According to a report on "24 Oras", Philippine National Police Bulacan said the suspect was arrested around 4 p.m. on Thursday.

Princess Dianne Dayor was found dead on Tuesday at a grassy area near the Guiguinto-Malolos border after being reported missing for days.

Initial investigation indicated that there was an attempted rape that led to the killing.

The victim and the suspect reportedly knew each other.
