RAINFALL ALERT: Light to moderate rains to prevail in Tarlac, Zambales, Pampanga (Monday, 5 p.m.)

Amid the effects of the Southwest Monsoon, or Habagat, light to moderate rains are expected to prevail in parts of Tarlac, Zambales, and Pampanga, as of Monday evening.
In PAGASA’s 5 p.m. advisory, the following rainfall warnings have been flagged for these areas:
Light to moderate rains to prevail in:
- Tarlac (San Jose, Mayantoc, Bamban, Capas)
- Zambales (Palauig, Masinloc, Candelaria, Botolan, Iba)
- Pampanga (Floridablanca, Guagua, Lubao, Santa Rita, Porac)
Light to moderate rains are expected over:
- Zambales (Olongapo, Subic, San Marcelino, Cabangan, Castillejos, San Antonio, San Felipe, San Narciso, Santa Cruz)
- Tarlac (Anao, Gerona, Paniqui, Pura, Ramos, San Manuel, Victoria, Camiling, Moncada, San Clemente, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac City, Concepcion, La Paz)
- Pampanga (Sasmuan, Apalit, Candaba, San Fernando, Macabebe, Masantol, Minalin, San Luis, San Simon, Santa Ana, Santo Tomas, Bacolor, Mexico, Arayat, Magalang, Angeles, Mabalacat)
- Bulacan (Baliuag, Malolos, Hagonoy, Calumpit, Paombong, Pulilan, Plaridel, San Miguel, San Ildefonso, San Rafael, Bustos, Bulakan, Guiguinto, Pandi, Balagtas, Angat, Dona Remedios Trinidad)
- Nueva Ecija
- Bataan
Classes for Tuesday, September 1, have been suspended in some areas due to bad weather.
