THUNDERSTORM ADVISORY: Heavy to intense rains over parts of Metro Manila, 7 other areas (Monday, 2:30 a.m.)

Heavy to intense rains with lightning and strong winds are expected over parts of Metro Manila, Bataan, and six other areas, according to Thunderstorm Advisory No. 11 issued by PAGASA at 2:30 a.m., on Monday, September 21, 2026.

Heavy to intense rain showers with lightning and strong winds within the next 2 hours are expected over the following areas:

• Metro Manila (Navotas, Malabon, Caloocan, Quezon City, Valenzuela, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Pateros, and Pasig)
• Bataan (Bagac and Morong)
• Batangas (Lian, Tuy, Balayan, and Calaca)
• Bulacan (Bulakan and Obando)
• Cavite (Bacoor, Cavite City, Kawit, Noveleta, Imus, Ternate, Maragondon, Dasmarinas, Gen. Mariano Alvarez, and Carmona)
• Laguna (Santa Maria, Mabitac, Pakil, Pangil, Siniloan, Famy, San Pedro, and Binan)
• Quezon (Panukulan, Burdeos, Polillo, and San Andres)
• Rizal (Pililla, Jala-Jala, Baras, Antipolo, Morong, and Teresa)

The above condition which may persist within 2 hours is affecting the following areas:

• Batangas (Nasugbu)
• Metro Manila (Manila, Pasay, and Paranaque)
• Rizal (Tanay)
