Typhoon Tino Today (Nov. 4, 2025): Updates and Track

Typhoon Tino brought strong winds and heavy rain as it crossed several provinces in the Visayas on Tuesday, November 4.

Airlines canceled flights to and from the affected areas, while local governments issued evacuation and class suspension orders in preparation for Tino's onslaught. 

One was reported dead due to the tropical cyclone, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.

There were also reports of power outages.
