Cloudy skies, rains from easterlies to prevail across PH

The easterlies will prevail across the country in the next 24 hours, PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected in Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Negros Island Region, Sorsogon, Masbate, and Palawan.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Winds will be light to moderate along with slight to moderate coastal waters.
