Many areas in the Philippines are forecast to have cloudy skies with a chance of rain on Wednesday due to the easterlies, PAGASA said.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result of the easterlies.
Meanwhile, Luzon and the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds, and slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
PAGASA said that as of 2 a.m. on Wednesday, no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
