Cloudy skies, rainshowers over PH due to localized thunderstorms —PAGASA
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country on Thursday brought by localized thunderstorms, the state weather bureau PAGASA said.
According to the 24-hour weather forecast issued at 4 p.m., PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms in the affected areas.
The maximum temperature recorded, based on data from the PAGASA Weather Station in Science Garden, Diliman, Quezon City, reached 35.3°C at 2 p.m., while the minimum dropped to 27.6°C at 6:30 a.m.
Moreover, the sunset is expected at 6:16 p.m. today, while the sunrise on Thursday is expected at 5:29 a.m.
Meanwhile, the low pressure area, that was formerly Tropical Depression Caloy, was last monitored at 555 kilometers east of Virac, Catanduanes as of 3 p.m. —Vince Angelo Ferreras/LDF, GMA News
