Cloudy skies, isolated rains of parts of PH due to localized thunderstorms
Localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to Metro Manila and the rest of the country on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
The weather bureau added that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, as of 3 a.m., a Low Pressure Area 05b (formerly "Caloy") was estimated at 685 kilometers East of Virac, Catanduanes is being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is unlikely to redevelop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
The wind speed forecast for Mindanao and Palawan is light to moderate moving in the south to southwest direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Visayas and the rest of Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the north to northwest direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
