Cloudy skies, rains possible throughout PH

The frontal system and localized thunderstorms will affect the weather conditions in the country in the next 24 hours, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA's early Saturday morning forecast.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will see cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the frontal system, while the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of localized thunderstorms.

Moderate winds and coastal waters will prevail in Northern Luzon. The rest of the country will expect light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
