Localized thunderstorms to bring cloudy skies, rain showers over PH

Localized thunderstorms are forecast to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country on Wednesday, the state weather bureau PAGASA said Tuesday.

According to its 24-hour-weather forecast issued at 4 p.m., PAGASA also warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the low pressure area, formerly Tropical Depression Caloy, was monitored 490 kilometers east of Catarman, Northern Samar, at 3 p.m.

Winds will be light to moderate, while coastal waters will be slight to moderate across the country.
