PAGASA: Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, rains in Southern Luzon, Visayas

Wednesday will be cloudy with isolated rain showers in parts of the country, according to PAGASA.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said the easterlies will bring cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the Visayas, MIMAROPA and Bicol region.
PAGASA warned residents of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Manila Manila and the rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said that as of 2 a.m. on Thursday, no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
