Cloudy skies, isolated rains expected over parts of PH, says PAGASA
The easterlies will be affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and the eastern section of Mindanao on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
As of 2 a.m., a Low Pressure area (LPA 06b) is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has a medium chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
Forecast Weather Conditions
Visayas, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Davao Oriental will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies while flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
The wind speed forecast for Luzon and Visayas is light to moderate and moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
