Habagat to affect a part of Northern Luzon, says PAGASA

The southwest monsoon or Habagat will be affecting the western section of Northern Luzon on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.

Forecast Weather Conditions

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms while flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions

The northern and western sections of Luzon will experience moderate wind speed moving in the south to southwest direction with moderate coastal waters.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southeast to south direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
