LPA becomes Tropical Depression Maymay —PAGASA

The low-pressure area being monitored by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has developed into Tropical Depression Maymay.
PAGASA said the weather disturbance located west of Bacnotan, La Union intensified into a tropical depression as of 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
Maymay is moving east northeastward at 10 kilometers per hour with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h and gustiness of 70 km/h.
Meanwhile, PAGASA continues to monitor the typhoon with the international name "Dolphin," which is outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. —LDF, GMA News
