RAINFALL ALERT: Yellow in Zambales and Bataan (Wednesday, 11 pm)

A yellow rainfall warning has been raised over Zambales and Bataan due to the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) on Wednesday evening, August 19, 2026, state weather bureau PAGASA said in its 11 p.m. alert.

Meanwhile, PAGASA said to expect light to moderate rains over Tarlac and Bulacan (San Miguel, Dona Remedios Trinidad) within the next three hours.

Light to moderate rains, with occasional heavy rains, are affecting Pampanga and Nueva Ecija (Gapan, General Tinio, Gabaldon, Bongabon, Pantabangan, Carranglan), which may persist within three hours and may affect nearby areas.

PAGASA asked the public and the concerned Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices to continuously monitor the weather conditions. —LDF, GMA News
