RAINFALL ALERT: Yellow in Zambales and Bataan (Thursday, 2 am)
A yellow rainfall warning has been raised over Zambales and Bataan due to the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) on Thursday, August 20, 2026, state weather bureau PAGASA said in its 2 a.m. alert.

Meanwhile, PAGASA said to expect light to moderate rains over Bulacan (Dona Remedios Trinidad, San Miguel, San Ildefonso, Hagonoy, Calumpit, Paombong, Pulilan, Malolos, Baliuag, San Rafael) within the next three hours.
Light to moderate rains, with occasional heavy rains, are affecting Pampanga (Floridablanca, Porac, Lubao, Santa Rita, Guagua, Angeles, Mabalacat, Bacolor, Magalang, Sasmuan, Macabebe, Minalin, Masantol), Tarlac (Bamban, Capas, San Jose, Mayantoc, Santa Ignacia, Camiling, San Clemente, Paniqui, Moncada, San Manuel, Anao, Ramos, Gerona, Pura) and Nueva Ecija (Nampicuan, Cuyapo, Carranglan, Pantabangan, San Jose, Lupao, Talugtug, Guimba, Munoz) which may persist within three hours and may affect nearby areas.
