The state weather bureau PAGASA has stopped monitoring Typhoon Saudel (formerly Obet) as it is already outside its monitoring domain.
However, PAGASA said there is a possibility that the tropical cyclone will re-enter the Tropical Cyclone Information Doman or TCID.
Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA 08h) - formerly Atsani - is still being monitored by the bureau outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) or 1,525 kilometers east of extreme Northern Luzon.
The LPA, PAGASA added, is unlikely to redevelop into a Tropical Depression within the next 24 hours.
"All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA," the agency said in an update at 10 p.m. Tuesday. — BAP, GMA News
