Two men linked to Bulacan massacre still missing; bodies of two others still in morgue


Two men linked to the massacre of five members of a family in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan are still missing.

According to a report on Unang Balita on Thursday by Vonne Aquino, Alias Tony and Alvin Mabesa have yet to be found.

Meanwhile, no wake has been held yet for the bodies of two other men linked to the massacre.

The body of Ronaldo Pacinos alias Inggo is still at a funeral parlor.

Pacinos was found dead on Tuesday with five stab wounds and four of his fingers chopped off. A car's fan belt was wrapped around his neck. There was also a cardboard sign left on his body saying "Rapist, Tulak - Wag Tularan."

The other man linked to the crime, Rosevelt Sorema alias Ponga, was shot inside his residence in Northridge Royale Subdivision in San Jose Del Monte. He was declared dead on arrival at an area hospital.

Construction worker Carmelino Ibañes, who confessed to the crime and who tagged Pacinos and Alias Tony as accomplices, is still in police custody.

Meanwhile, although the five massacre victims were already laid to rest Wednesday, police are still securing the Carlos family home in Northridge Royale Subdivision.

Police said they want to ensure the safety of the relatives of the victims who are staying there.

On June 27, security guard Dexter Carlos arrived home from his night duty and to find his enire household dead.

Stabbed dead were Carlos' mother-in-law Auring Dizon, 58; his wife Estrella Dizon, 28; and their children Donnie, 11; Ella, 7 and Dexter Jr., 1.

President Rodrigo Duterte visited the wake for the victims on Tuesday and told Carlos to call if he needs anything.

Duterte also said he would be leaving things up to the Philippine National Police's investigation on the killings but remarked that he wanted the suspects dead in what officials close to him said was a statement made out of dismay.

PNP chief Director General Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa on Wednesday meanwhile opined that vigilantes could be behind the killings of the two persons of interest:Pacinos and Sorima. —KG/KVD, GMA News
