Madam Aivan, Madam Ely, BNT relive happy times with Lloyd Cadena in touching virtual eulogies

Madam Aivan and Madam Ely, two of Lloyd Cadena’s closest friends, have each made touching virtual eulogies for the late vlogger, comedian and author.

In a vlog entitled “Paalam at salamat, Mars Lloyd Cafe Cadena,” Madam Aivan recalled her best moments with Lloyd, including a surprise birthday party that the vlogger once prepared for her.

Madam Aivan also penned a tear-jerking message for Lloyd:

Malaki ang pasasalamat ko sa Panginoon na nakilala kita at naging malaking bahagi ng buhay ko. Ikaw ang nagtulak sa akin na abutin ang mga pangarap na akala ko dati ay hanggang tanaw lang.

Mare, maraming salamat sa pagbabahagi ng buhay mo. Mami-miss namin ang tawa at mga halakhak mo. Maging ang mga kwento mo. I will forever miss you."

Madam Ely, on the other hand recalled his most memorable moments with Lloyd including their many hilarious collabs.

In a vlog entitled “Mare…,” Madam Ely also talked lengthily about how Lloyd had taught him a lot not only as a colleague but as a person.

"I don't intend to tell people how you died because it does not matter. I intend to tell them how you lived because that is what's most important and that is what we always wanted, these kinds of stories that we always wanted to tell,” Ely said.

"The memories we shared together will be forever a part of who I am. Our good days will always remind me that once in this lifetime, we had each other. Nagkaroon ng Kween LC, Madam Ely," he added.

BNT Production meanwhile looked back on everything that Lloyd has done for them, teaching and mentoring the group, as well as all the happy memories they've created with Lloyd through the years.

"Salamat Kuya dahil pinaranas niyo sa amin ang mga imposibleng maranasan namin. Ikaw ang dahilan ng lahat ng kung anong meron kami ngayon," wrote BNT.

So touching was their tribute to Lloyd that three days after the video was launched, it is still included in the top trending videos of YouTube.

According to his family, Lloyd Cafe Cadena died earlier this month after suffering a heart attack while asleep. They confirmed he tested positive for COVID-19 a few days before his death.
