Mikael Daez and Megan Young give advice for couples who are just about to get married

There's no denying that Mikael Daez and Megan Young are ultimate relationship goals.

This year, the couple marked their 10th anniversary together and celebrated their first year as husband and wife.

Sharing the things they've learned together, Mikael and Megan gave a few advice for those couples who are just about to tie the knot.

"My only piece of advice is to be honest and communicate," Mikael said in their #BehindRelationshipGoals episode on Monday.  

The actor said that it can be extremely difficult and challenging, but the key is to just maintain consistency and openness.

Megan, while, encouraged other couples to "see the beauty in the little things" and cherish the moments you have with your partner.

"There are some small things that Mikael does for me that maybe if I wasn't paying too much attention I wouldn't see na this is Mikael's love language for me," she said.

A year after tying the knot, Mikael and Megan decided to move out of their first home together and live in Subic, Zambales. —Kaela Malig/MGP, GMA News
