Heath Jornales, Miguel Tanfelix, Caprice Cayetano, more Kapuso stars share Mother's Day plans

Ahead of Mother’s Day on Sunday, several Kapuso stars shared their plans for the special day.

In Nelson Canlas’ report in “24 Oras” on Sunday, Heath Jornales said he plans to treat his mother to a shopping spree and a simple meal.

Meanwhile, for Caprice Cayetano and Marco Masa, Mother’s Day is all about spending time with family.

“Sine-celebrate po namin ang Mother’s Day nang sama-sama kaming siblings. Kain lang po sa labas or bonding po kahit papaano kasama ‘yung buong family,” Caprice shared.

For Miguel Tanfelix, Mother’s Day celebrations in their household are usually simple yet meaningful.

“Simple lang kami mag-celebrate ng Mother’s Day. Bati ganyan. May flowers, minsan kumakain sa labas. Nothing grand naman basta sinecelebrate ko siya with my Mommy and Lolas ‘yung mga nanay sa bahay namin,” he said.

According to the report, Kyline Alcantara, Cheska Fausto, and Clifford will be celebrating Mother’s Day away from their moms, but distance will not stop them from expressing their love and appreciation.

Cheska, whose family is based in Zamboanga City, said she plans to video call her mother, treat her, and send flowers through her sister.

Like Cheska, Kyline also plans to surprise her mom with flowers.

As for Kylie Padilla, Mother’s Day is all about self-care as she balances motherhood with raising her two sons, Alas Joaquin and Axl.
