Maui Taylor: You can be sexy even without breast implants

Maui Taylor has an advice to her fellow celebrities, especially those who are younger, when it comes to having breast implants.

On Lhar Santiago’s “24 Oras” report Wednesday, Maui said implants were no longer required for one to look sexy.

“Noong time namin po, nung nagse-sexy kami, talagang kailangan meron kang enhancements, pero ngayon, you can be sexy po even without that one,” she said.

The actress, who had expressed her intention to have her silicone implants removed, said it made her look and feel heavy and uncomfortable especially when she’s with her children.

“Naiilang na rin ako kapag meron akong eksena na naka-bathing suit ako. It’s time to take it down kasi siyempre meron akong two boys na pinapalaki na sobrang overprotective din sa ’kin,” she said.

According to Maui, she is just finalizing her schedule so she can finally undergo the procedure.

“Baka po itong March kasi naghahanap lang po ako ng free time sa schedule ko. It needs kasi mga three weeks na healing period,” she said.

The actress is set to star on “Wish Ko Lang” this Saturday with Jon Lucas, Ashley Rivera and Biboy Ramirez. She is also part of the digital movie “Paglaki Ko Gusto Kong Maging Pornstar.”

Maui joins the growing number of celebrities who plan to or who have finally gotten their implants removed.

In 2019, Michelle Madrigal documented her silicone implant removal in a vlog.

Chrissy Teigen, meanwhile, underwent the surgery in 2020, just before learning she was pregnant with her third child with husband John Legend. – Franchesca Viernes/RC, GMA News
