Olivia Rodrigo’s LEGO collection features hidden nods to her Filipino heritage

Olivia Rodrigo’s journey as an artist gets the LEGO treatment with a new collection that includes hidden references to her music, style, and Filipino heritage.

According to LEGO’s website, the upcoming collection features five collectible sets inspired by different parts of the Filipino-American star’s career, including her albums, performances, iconic looks, and personal storytelling.

“Created in collaboration with Olivia, the collection features custom detailing inspired by some of her most iconic on-stage moments through the years and nods to her Filipino heritage,” LEGO said.

The company, however, did not provide further details on which specific design elements reference her heritage.

One of the sets that is promised to highlight this detail is the Flower Bouquet, which LEGO described as featuring “floral nods” to Olivia’s Filipino heritage.

The set includes a purple flower made from electric guitars, along with other hidden references inspired by the 23-year-old artist’s songwriting world.

“I’ve always loved hiding little details and meanings in my music and videos, so working with the LEGO team to bring something that fans can actually build and explore together has been so exciting. There are so many pieces of my world inside these sets – little nods to songs, memories, outfits and moments that mean a lot to me,” Olivia said.

Aside from the Flower Bouquet, the collection also includes Olivia’s Vinyl, Concert Moon, Secret Storage, and Dual Guitar.

The full LEGO Editions Olivia Rodrigo collection launches globally on August 1.

Olivia has always been proud of her Filipino heritage and constantly talked about it, even during her Disney days.

Earlier, she showcased her Filipino roots by cooking lumpia and sharing that karaoke moments make her think “Hell yeah, I’m Filipino.”

Olivia released her third album, “You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love” last month. It debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

It also became Spotify's most-streamed album of 2026 in a single day by a female artist.

Olivia also recently launched Daisy Chain Fields, a new all-women music festival set for August 29 at the Great Park in Irvine, California.

She said that 100% of the net proceeds will go to charities "dedicated to advancing and advocating for women and girls."
