Cole Sprouse shares pictures of Liza Soberano in her 'Lisa Frankenstein' look

Liza Soberano through Cole Sprouse’s lens hits different!

On Instagram, Cole shared a portrait he took of Liza, but the actress is not dressed up in the ‘80s-inspired costumes her character Taffy wore in “Lisa Frankenstein.” Instead, Liza had bloody face makeup and struck a fierce pose.

Cole also posted a photo with their co-stars Kathryn Newton and Henry Eikenberry in costume.

“Lisa Frankenstein” premiered in Philippine cinemas on February 7.

It is inspired by the gothic novel "Frankenstein" by English writer Mary Shelley. The movie follows Lisa (played by Kathryn), a misunderstood teenager, and her love interest who happens to be a handsome corpse (played by Cole).

Liza plays Taffy, the popular yet kind girl who is also Lisa’s stepsister.

Throughout filming, Liza said that Cole made her feel at ease with everyone. The Filipino-American actress also formed a close friendship with Kathryn, and even celebrated the latter’s birthday at Universal Studios together.

The film is Liza’s Hollywood debut and she looked like a true star at the premiere. She said that it is the “kind of movie I've always wanted to do.”

Liza’s performance has been receiving rave reviews from fans and critics alike. American filmmaker Jo Russo and Liza’s boyfriend Enrique Gil are also among those who are impressed.
