3 generations of Sang'gres gather on 'Encantadia' director Mark Reyes's birthday

Three generations of Sang'gre's have assembled on the birthday party of "Encantadia" Direk Mark Reyes!

As seen in Nelson Canlas's report in "24 Oras Weekend," the latest group of Sang'gres Bianca Umali, Kelvin Miranda, Faith Da Silva and Angel Guardian were present on the special occasion.

Iza Calzado represented the 2005 Sang'gres, while Glaiza De Castro, Sanya Lopez, and Kylie Padilla of the 2016 remake also joined the party.

"I am very happy again na magkakasama kami ng mga Sang'gre kasi bibihira talaga na makumpleto kami nang hindi work related kung baga yung gagawin namin," said Faith, who will play Flamarra, the daughter of Pirena.

Ruru Madrid, who played the role of Ybarro in the 2016 remake, also attended the gathering with his girlfriend Bianca.

"I'm very happy na naging parte ako nung 2016 and now si Bianca ang gaganap na Sang'gre Terra nakakatuwa kasi ganoon kalaki yung proyekto and pinaghahandaan," Ruru said.

Aside from the Sang'gres of "Encantadia," Carla Abellana and Gabby Eigenmann from the "Voltes V: Legacy," which Reyes also directed, also came to his party.

"I think its better to have a get together and check on everyone else and have a milestone," Reyes said.

GMA Executives Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes and Senior Vice President for Entertainment Group Lilybeth G. Rasonable also graced Reyes's party.

"Sang'gre" is a spinoff of the iconic fantaserye "Encantadia." It started filming in November last year.

Bianca will star as Terra, the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Lupa; Faith as Flamarra, keeper of the Brilyante ng Apoy; Kelvin as Adamus, the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Tubig; and Angel as Deia, keeper of the Brilyante ng Hangin.
