Michael Sager, AZ Martinez get together for fan meet
Michael Sager and AZ Martinez reunited for a fan meet.
On Athena Imperial's report on "24 Oras" on Monday, they said they owe their meetup to their fans because they haven't seen each other in so long.
AZ said she is so thankful for the event because she saw fans' efforts to save up for it.
"We're both respectively busy and natutuwa ako na that's a good problem, right. And she's very busy with her own things," Michael said.
One of the duo's memorable moments together was for Michael's self-produced short film in 2025. Michael said the first person he thought of to partner up with was AZ.
"'Yung character kasi dun sa 'Opposites Almost Attract,' ano kasi siya, hard to get, medyo suplada," Michael said. "Sabi ko, I wanna see AZ in that sense, pero we're really close na kasi."
AZ and Michael were among the Kapuso housemates in "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 1.0."
Michael said he hopes to work on another short film and work in various roles in film production.
"Mas na-a-appreciate ko lalo. Especially now in my serye 'Born to Shine,' I see the struggles of everybody," he said.
Meanwhile, AZ continues to travel to Surigao Del Norte for the series "Love, Siargao." She enjoys exploring the island in between taping.
"My stepbrother is there so I would go with him, and ayun, I go to the places that I always go to," AZ said. "And there was a time na I just went out alone."
