Jennylyn Mercado to appear in 'The Master Cutter'

Jennylyn Mercado will be having a special appearance in “The Master Cutter," which is headlined by Dingdong Dantes.

On social media, GMA Network shared photos of the actress on the set of the Kapuso series. In the photos, Jennylyn was wearing a printed dress and a yellow bag while in the street.

“Jennylyn 'May Sariling Ring Light' Mercado, nasa set ng ‘The Master Cutter!’” the caption read.

Directed by Dominic Zapata, “The Master Cutter” also stars Max Collins, Rio Locsin, Paolo Contis, Joey Marquez, Polo Ravales, Anthony Constantino, Charlie Fleming, Sienna Stevens, and more.

"The Master Cutter" is Dingdong's return to primetime since starring in "Royal Blood" in 2023.

The actor plays Atoy, a retired soldier who becomes a tailor and tracker-for-hire.

It airs weeknights on GMA Prime at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." It is also streaming on Netflix.
