Rocco Nacino says playing kontrabida for 'Hari ng Tondo' is a challenge

For Rocco Nacino, playing a villain in the upcoming Kapuso series “Hari ng Tondo” is proving to be a major challenge.

In Tuesday’s episode of “Unang Hirit,” the Kapuso actor shared his excitement about portraying a kontrabida who is a member of a syndicate in the upcoming action-drama series, teasing that viewers will be surprised by his character.

“’Hari ng Tondo’ will be airing soon as we continue filming the series,” he said.

“All the cast members are excited to show off the scenes because they are really intense,” he added.

Earlier, Rocco and Ysabel Ortega began their action training for the series.

“Hari ng Tondo” is directed by Enzo Williams and will also star Dennis Trillo, Ruru Madrid, Ryza Cenon, Arra San Agustin, Gary Estrada, Victor Neri, Nonie Buencamino, Isko Moreno, and Heath Jornales. —Hermes Joy Tunac/JCB, GMA News
