RAINFALL ADVISORY: Light to moderate rains over Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas (Monday, 2 a.m.)

The state weather bureau issued Rainfall Advisory No. 8 for NCR issued at 2 a.m. Monday, October 12, 2026, which stated that the easterlies will bring light to moderate rains over Metro Manila, Cavite, and Batangas.

Light to moderate rains are expected over the following areas:

• Metro Manila
• Cavite
• Batangas

Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains will be affecting the following areas:

• Pampanga
• Bulacan
• Quezon (General Nakar, Sampaloc, Mauban, Real, Infanta, Panukulan, Burdeos, Polillo, Patnanungan, Jomalig)
• Rizal (Tanay)
• Laguna (Santa Maria, Famy, Pangil, Siniloan, Paete, Pakil, Kalayaan, Lumban, Cavinti, Luisiana)
• Nueva Ecija (Cabiao, Gapan, General Tinio, San Antonio, San Isidro, Aliaga, Bongabon, Cabanatuan, Gabaldon, General Mamerto Natividad, Jaen, Laur, Licab, Llanera, Palayan, Penaranda, Quezon, Rizal, San Leonardo, Santa Rosa, Santo Domingo, Talavera, Zaragoza, Pantabangan)
• Tarlac (La Paz, Concepcion, Capas, Bamban, Tarlac City)
• Zambales (Subic, San Marcelino, Castillejos, Olongapo)
• Bataan (Bagac, Abucay, Balanga, Samal, Orani, Hermosa, Dinalupihan, Morong, Pilar)
