Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, rains in parts of PH
Cloudy skies and rains are expected in some parts of the country on Tuesday as the easterlies affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, the state weather bureau said.
In its 4 a.m. public weather forecast, PAGASA said Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms because of localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides are possible in these areas during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience moderate winds and moderate seas.
Northern and Central Luzon, as well as the rest of the country, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
