PAGASA: Localized thunderstorms to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over PH
Localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to Metro Manila and the rest of the country on Friday, PAGASA reported.
Meanwhile, Low Pressure Area 05b (formerly Caloy) was estimate at 1,055 kilometers east of southeastern Luzon inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is unlikely to redevelop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
The wind speed forecast for Luzon is light to moderate moving in the northwest to north direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Visayas will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to north direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Mindanao, meanwhile, will experience light to moderate wind speed with variable direction and slight to moderate coastal waters.
