Habagat will bring cloudy skies, isolated rain over extreme Northern Luzon

The southwest monsoon (habagat) will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain over extreme Northern Luzon on Thursday, PAGASA reported.

Forecast Weather Conditions

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon with flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms while flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions

The wind speed forecast for the whole country is light to moderate moving in the south to southwest while coastal waters will be moderate.
