Cloudy skies, isolated rains over extreme Northern Luzon — PAGASA
The southwest monsoon (habagat) will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain over extreme Northern Luzon on Friday, PAGASA reported.
Tropical Depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) is located 2,965 kilometers east of southeastern Mindanao with maximum sustained winds 45 kilometers per hour near the center, gustiness of up to 55 km/h, and moving northwestward slowly.
Forecast Weather Conditions
Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, Batanes, and Babuyan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon as flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms while flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for the whole country is light to moderate and moving in the southeast to southwest direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
