- Cotabato City: Face-to-face classes at all levels are prohibited from October 26 to 31; classes should be conducted through asynchronous learning for this period; this is in preparation for the inaugural session of the 1st Bangsamoro Regular Parliament.

- Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu: Dahil magsisilbing hosts ang lungsod ng 20th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) at 13th ADMM-Plus, ipatutupad ang asynchronous classes mula Oktubre 26 hanggang 30, 2026 sa mga piling paaralan sa lungsod.
