Miguel Tanfelix hopes for Dingdong Dantes' crossover in 'Taskforce Firewall'

Miguel Tanfelix has expressed his excitement over the possibility of working alongside his idol, Dingdong Dantes, in "Taskforce Firewall."

In Aubrey Carampel's report in "24 Oras" on Thursday, Miguel said he hopes Dingdong's character Atoy could join his character Galo and the "Taskforce Firewall" team in one of their most challenging missions.

"Siya 'yung tutulong sa pinakamahirap naming misyon. Kung kailangan namin ng disguise. Kung kailangan namin ng suit woah, puwede!" he said.

Miguel's character Galo had a surprise appearance in the pilot episode of "The Master Cutter" as an undercover soldier working with Atoy to capture an Italian-Argentinian arms dealer.

Miguel is also looking forward to Kyline Alcantara's debut in "Taskforce Firewall."

Kyline will play forensic analyst Callie Sandoval, a character who shares a mysterious connection with Galo and is expected to bring a new dynamic to the series.

"Dagdag kulay sa buong team firewall e kung paano ang dynamics nila pag nandiyan na si Callie," he said.

Meanwhile, the Kapuso actor recently turned heads after releasing a new editorial photoshoot that showcased not only his striking looks but also his toned physique, earning praise from netizens.

Some even compared Miguel's sophisticated and rugged charm to international stars Timothée Chalamet and Jacob Elordi.

According to Miguel, the shoot marked his return to doing glamorous editorial projects after a long break.

"Ang tagal ko na kasing walang glam shoot eh. Ang tagal kong walang fun shoot so you know para lang maalala ko na may editorial side din ako," he said.

"Taskforce Firewall" airs from Monday to Friday, at 8:50 p.m. after "The Master Cutter."

Aside from "Taskforce Firewall," Miguel recently hosted a travel show "Planet XP" where he showcased his love for adventure. It will return on television screens beginning on Saturday. —Jade Veronique Yap/MGP, GMA News
